ROOF BALCONY REPAIR

Sometimes the case is not so simple.

This roof terrace had one marble tile popped up and several cracks.

It appeared intact but, after starting the works of swapping one tile, it was noticeable all of them were loose.

Same for the cement base under it, cracks and damages and dirt.

Final plan:

• cement base had to be renewed

• new tiles , recycled large ones

• primer ( solvent based)

• roof paint with polyester fleece
